How It Works

Clients are taken through a structured 12-week system.

Step 1 — Strength Assessment

Every client begins with a full assessment session covering:

  • Posture analysis

  • Movement screening

  • Strength & capacity testing

Assessment fee: £35
(Fully redeemable against programme enrolment)

Step 2 — system entry

You are onboarded into the Strength Club system.

You will be introduced to:

  • Key movement patterns

  • Training structure

  • Session format

STEP 3 — STRUCTURED TRAINING

You will be taken through a progressive 12-week system covering:

  • Movement & posture development

  • Strength development

  • Conditioning & performance

All elements are built into the programme and delivered progressively over time.

STEP 4 — CHOOSE YOUR TRAINING LEVEL

Select your level of access:

ESSENTIAL

2 sessions per month (6 total)

£180/month
£540 total over 12 weeks

Perfect if you’re starting out and want to build consistency with coaching support.

STANDARD

4 sessions per month (12 total)

£240/month
£720 total over 12 weeks

Ideal for steady progress, improved strength, and visible results.

FULL ACCESS

8 sessions per month (24 total)

£299/month
£897 total over 12 weeks

Best for faster results, maximum accountability, and accelerated progress.

STEP 5 — BOOK YOUR SESSIONS

You will book into sessions each week based on your chosen plan.

Each session is capped at 4 clients per time slot to maintain coaching quality.
